Hands of Technology is a series of collaged paintings on wood panel featuring hand portraits of well-known male executives in the tech industry.  From the late Steve Jobs, to Larry Ellison and Bill Gates, this project explores concepts of male power and reliance on web technologies.  The recognizable faces are replaced with expressive hands, in the midst of engagement.  They appear in conversation with each other, perhaps with fervent messages of innovation.   The crafted execution of this series is nostalgic for a handmade aesthetic and its delicacy at odds with the masculine image of power these executives represent.
